Community 1st Credit Union has been named one of USA TODAY’s America’s Best Customer Service in Financial Services for 2026, a national recognition that celebrates the highest levels of customer satisfaction among financial institutions. C1st is one of only 32 credit unions nationwide recognized for excellent customer service; a recognition earned through one of the most comprehensive customer service evaluations in the financial industry
Plant-A Insights Group, the research firm behind USA Today's ranking, analyzed more than 660,000 customer reviews. Reviews include customer feedback reflecting real experiences and survey data across the U.S. financial services landscape. Financial institutions were evaluated on seven key service dimensions: Professional Competence, Solution Orientation, Solution Speed, Customer Service, Availability & Accessibility, Friendliness & Appreciation, and Transparency & Reliability.
